Two forts one day kalavanti and Parbhalgad
Today we thought of doing some thing different and more intriguing,so we decide to trek 2 forts in one day.To carry out this type of trekking, we looked for two such forts that were so close to each other that we could actually walk from one to the other. And we discovered that kalavanti and Parvhalgad are the two forts that are linked to each other. This fort are located in panvel prabhalmachi maharashtra.there was condition that we needed to go one day prior to the base village and then we can do trekking in night and complete two forts in one day and return home.So we packed our belongings and set out for the fort with our trekker group. We arrived at the base village in the evening and began our trek to the camping point, where we could spend the night and resume our trek early the next morning. We also went camping while trekking, which was one of the most amazing things I've ever done with friends. We only needed to cook food because the tent was already set up for us. We gathered some rocks to protect the vessel and put out the fire.Finding woods at night in the forest, especially with friends, is both dangerous and enjoyable for me.We laughed a lot and did some memorable things. We cooked our meal and ate around a campfire; it was cold, but the heat of the fire and the giggling of friends, as well as the movement that we enjoyed with guitars and singing and dancing, kept us warm.
Then we started our trek early in the mornings around 4 o clock with our trekker experts taking us from the other way to Parbhalgad first from waterfall way which was rocky and difficult to trek with the bagpack weighing 15 kgs but taking risk in life is my favourite thing we almost trek for 2 hours in that dark night on difficult path with carrying tourch and we finally made it to Parbhalgad. It was open pleatue on the top and there was a clear view of mountains and forts like Harishchandra fort and many more and the most amazing thing was the view of Kalavanti durg from Parbhalgad the fog were behind the mountains and it was a fantastic view and to experience the breeze and cold and all the tiredness was gone. After some rest, we started descending and going on a trek on Kalavanti Durh, but to do so, you have to return to the camping point and start again to Kalavanti Fort, but luckily our trekker discovered a short cut, though it was a narrow path that was unknown to others. We enjoyed that part and it was thrilling. We arrived at a point where there is space between the two forts that connects them. Then comes the most exciting part of Kalavanti: the stairs. They were interesting and adventurous, and my friends did a great job climbing them. It was the most amazing experience I had ever had, and after reaching almost the top, there is one pint where you have to climb with the help of a rope, which was a new experience. Then we descended and returned to the base village, where we returned home.
